The BSR Academy is a youth driver development program where you can scout and develop the next generation of racing talent. Access it from Office > BSR Academy.
How the Academy Works
- Academy drivers are young prospects with potential to grow
- You can generate academy drivers and scout their stats
- Academy drivers can be signed to your main team when you have room
Academy Drivers
Academy driver cards show:
- Name and nationality
- Age (younger = more growth potential)
- Potential rating
- Face portrait
- Current estimated skill range
Scouting
You can scout academy drivers to reveal their exact skill distribution before signing them.
Promoting to the Main Team
When you have an open driver slot, you can promote an academy driver to your main team. They will:
- Join as a full driver with a car
- Receive a Crew Chief and Pit Crew
- Start earning XP through race participation
