Report Bug
The Report Bug page lets you report issues, bugs, or problems you encounter in BSR. Access it from the Report Bug link in the navigation bar.
How to Report a Bug
1. Give your bug a clear title 2. Describe what happened in detail 3. Include steps to reproduce the issue if possible 4. Choose whether the report is public or private
The development team reviews all bug reports and tracks them through to resolution.
Bug Status
Each bug report has a status that updates as it is worked on:
- <strong>Open</strong> - the bug has been reported and is awaiting review
- <strong>Fix Applied</strong> - a fix has been implemented
- <strong>More Info Needed</strong> - the team needs additional details
- <strong>Resolved</strong> - the issue has been fixed
- <strong>Closed</strong> - the report is no longer active
