The Staff page shows all members of your team. Access it from Office > Staff.

Staff Roles

Head of Engineering

One per team. Affects the engineering department:

• <strong>Engineering</strong> skill - influences part upgrade success rates and setup estimates
• <strong>Strategy</strong> skill - contributes to race strategy
• <strong>Mechanics</strong> skill - contributes to pit efficiency

Crew Chief

One per driver. Each driver has their own crew chief who plays a critical role:

• <strong>Strategy</strong> skill - reduces lap time penalty by up to 40%
• <strong>Mechanics</strong> skill - reduces pit stop time and improves repair speed

Pit Crew

Four per driver. Each pit crew member contributes to pit stop speed.

Staff Skills

Staff members have three skills that sum to 100:

• <strong>Engineering</strong> - affects part development and setup accuracy
• <strong>Strategy</strong> - affects race performance decisions
• <strong>Mechanics</strong> - affects pit stop time and repairs

Staff have a level (starting at 2) and an age. As they age, they may eventually retire.

Staff Nationality

Each staff member has a nationality, shown with their flag.
