Team Setup

Team Setup

The Team Setup page is where you create and manage your racing team. Access it from Office > Team Setup.

Team Name

Your team name is permanently locked once saved - choose carefully! The name is displayed in the navigation bar and throughout the game.

Race Suit Colours

Customise the colours your drivers' race suits. Four colour zones:

• <strong>Torso</strong> - main body colour
• <strong>Arms</strong> - sleeve colour
• <strong>Collar</strong> - collar/neck area
• <strong>Patches</strong> - sponsor patch area

Changes are saved and applied to all drivers. A preview shows the current configuration.

Generating Drivers

Click Generate Driver to create a new driver. You can have up to 4 drivers. Each driver shows:

• <strong>Name</strong> - automatically generated from their nationality
• <strong>Age</strong> - 0-10 scale (younger = more growth potential)
• <strong>Level</strong> - starting skill level (1-9)
• <strong>Pace / Racecraft / Technical</strong> - skill distribution (always totals 100)

You get 2 rerolls per driver generation. After exhausting rerolls, you must accept the driver.

Skill Distribution

• <strong>Pace</strong> (red bar) - natural speed, affects high-speed corners and straights
• <strong>Racecraft</strong> (blue bar) - wheel-to-wheel ability, affects slow corners, tyre wear
• <strong>Technical</strong> (green bar) - mechanical understanding, affects weather and reliability

Each driver also has a Nationality which determines their flag and name pool.

Car Numbers

Each of your 4 cars gets a number. Numbers can be changed once per season. Taken numbers are shown as disabled in the dropdown.
